Je suis allee manger avec Ligia et Beni puis suis allee a l agence pour voir s ils avaient trouve mon porte-monnaie. Evidemment, non!!!

Au retour avec Mandy nous nous sommes arretees dans un cafe dans gringo land et j ai retrouve des gens que j avais vus au Perou , on attendait le bus pour`l Equateur. On a discute mais ils repartaient en Allemagne et GB.

Le soir, Diane, Mandy et moi nous sommes sorties danser l salsa, c etait genial. On est rentre a 2h30 du mat. Dur dur pour`se lever le lendemain matin.

MINDO, 2h30 de Quito

c est un petit village tropical. Diane, Roy sont venus avec moi. On a fait in tour puis avons visite le sanctuaire des papillons. Il faisait une chaleur d enfer mais ca changeait de Quito.

En ce moment c est la coupe Amerique. Alors on a regarde le match: Bresil / Chili. L equateur est deja sorti.

08/07 C est le depart :-(

Mon avion est a 14h et je dois etre a l aeroport a 11h. On prends le petit dej tous ensemble et je n ai pas vraiment envie de partir. J ai adore L amerique du Sud et j y reviendrai. J ai rencontre des gens super sympas et vu des paysages merveilleux. Je suis triste.

A l aeroport, je fais connaissance d'Elana, educatrice (50) qui vit a New York. On a dejeune ensemble avant de prendre l avion puis elle m a donne une liste des choses a voir a New York. On a bien papote et quand elle etait plus jeune elle partait sac a dos. Elle m a raconte ses aventures.

Amerique du Sud c est fini!!!!

Went for lunch with Ligia and Beni and then went to the tour company to check if they had found my purse. Obviously not!!!

On the way back home with Mandy we stopped for a coffee in gringo land and I bumped into some people whom i had met in Peru , while waiting for the bus to Ecuador. We had a chat and they were going back home: Germany and the UK.

At night, Diane, Mandy and I went salsa dancing, it was great. Wenr home at 2h30 am. Hard work to get up the following morning.

MINDO, 2h30 from Quito

Small tropical village.Diane, Roy came with me. We went round and then visited the butterfly sanctuary. It was so hot and sticky, big change from Quito.

At the moment, it is the American cup. SO we watched the match: Brazil / Chile.Ecuado is already out.

08/07 Time to leave :-(

My plane left at 14h but had to be at the airport at 11h. We ahd breaky together and I did not really want to leave. I love South America and I will go back. Met some many geat people and saw beautiful landscapes. I am sad.

At the airport, met Elana, social worker (50) who lives in New York. We had luch together and before we got on the plane she gave me a long list of thinks to see in New York. We chatted a lot and she told me her adventures when she was young and backpacking.

That is it, bye bye South America!!!!
