25/07  Quebec

Je me suis levee tot pour prendre le bus de 7 heures pour arriver a 10h. Quebec est une ville tres mignonne qui me rappelle l architecture de Bruges en Belgique.

J ai marche pas mal sous un soleil de plomb puis ai mange une crepe mais pas aussi bonne que nos crepes bretonnes.

Ensuite je suis rentree vers 21h. J ai passé un super journee.

Comme il faisait tres chaud je ne suis pas sortie avant 14h pour aller au jardin botanique et a l insectorium. Les jardins etaient superbes. J ai pris plein de photos.

Je n ai pas fait grand chose, fais qqs courses avec Karen et ai ecoute un groupe.

Ici, c est le festival francofolies ou des groupes / chanteurs francais jouent et chantent.

J ai vraiment du mal a les comprendre car l accent est tellement different du notre. Je prefererais qu ils parlent anglais. Je comprendrais mieux!!!!!

Comme il ne faisait pas beau je suis allee au biodome ou on a recree une foret tropicale avec des animaux. Seulement, comme c etait samedi, la sortie familiale il y avait tellement de bruit que les animaux etaient caches.

Nous sommes alles diner dans un bar a sushi qui etaient tres bons. Ensuite nous avons fait qqs bars et Brent etait encore bien emmeche mais tellement rigolo.

Aujourd hui c est la parade des homos. Alors, on va aller voir. On a essaye de convaincre Steve mais sans succes.

25/07  Quebec city

Got up to catch the 7 h bus to arrive at 10h. Quebec is a very nice city which reminds me Bruges architecture in Belgium.

I walked a lot under a hot sun and I ate a crepe but it was not as nice as the ones in Brittany.

And then I came back. I really enjoyed it.

As it was very hot so I di not get out before 2 pm to go to the botanical garden and the insectorium. The gardens were superb. I took a lot of pics.

Did not do much, went shopping with Karen and listened to a street band.

At the moment, there is a festival: francofolies where bands / singers only performed in French. Have to say that I have problems to understand them. The accent is too strong. I would rather they speak in English. I would understand better.

Since the weather was not brilliant. I went to the biodome where a tropical forest with animal has been recreated. However, since it was Saturday, family day out, it was very noisy and all the animals were hidden.

We went to have diner in a sushi bar and it was nice. Then we went to several bars and Brent who was totally drunk but so funny.

Today it is the gay parade. So we are going. We tried to convince Steve but we have not succeeded.
